サイズはどうやって選びますか？
まず4つの形（ベリーショート／ショートオーバル／ミディアムアーモンド／バレリーナ）からお選びいただき、10本それぞれに #0〜#9 のサイズ番号をご指定ください。サイズは「ご自分で測る」か「計測キットで測る」の2通りからお選びいただけます。Choose one of four shapes, then assign a size number (#0–#9) to each of your ten nails. You can either measure yourself or order our measuring kit.
自分で測る方法を教えてください。
柔らかいメジャーを、自爪の一番広い部分のカーブに沿わせて幅を測り、サイズ表の「幅（カーブ込）」に最も近い番号をお選びください。2つの中間の場合は、大きい方の番号がおすすめです。詳しくはサイズガイドをご覧ください。Wrap a soft tape measure along the widest, curved part of your nail and pick the number closest to the “width (incl. curve)” on the chart. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.
平爪・反り爪でも使えますか？
ご使用いただけます。カーブが浅い場合は、長め・先細りの形（特にバレリーナ）は両端が浮きやすいことがあります。ショート系の形がフィットしやすく、ご不安なときは計測キットでお試しいただくか、お問い合わせください。Yes. If your nails are flat, longer or tapered shapes (especially Ballerina) may lift at the edges. Shorter shapes fit more easily — when in doubt, try the measuring kit or contact us.
サイズが合わなかった場合は交換できますか？
完全オーダーメイドのため、サイズ違いによる交換・返品はお受けできません。だからこそ、初めての方には計測キットでの事前確認を強くおすすめしています。As each set is fully made to order, we cannot exchange or refund for sizing. For this reason we strongly recommend the measuring kit for first-time customers.
計測キットとは何ですか？
サイズ確認用のチップ（#0〜#9）のセットです（¥2,000）。実際に着けて、10本それぞれにぴったりの番号を読み取れます。デザイン商品と一緒にご購入いただきます。It's a set of sizing tips (#0–#9, ¥2,000). Try them on to read the right number for each nail. It's purchased together with a design.
計測キットだけ購入できますか？
計測キット単体での販売は行っておりません。お好きなデザインのページで「計測キットを注文」を選ぶと、デザインと計測キットを1回のお会計でご購入いただけます。The kit isn't sold on its own. On any design page, choose “order the measuring kit” to buy the design and the kit together in a single checkout.
後日サイズを入力する流れを教えてください。
ご購入後にお送りするメールのリンク（サイズ入力ページ）から、計測キットで測った番号をご入力ください。注文番号で紐付きます。制作はサイズを確認できてから開始し、お届け予定はサイズ送信日から起算します。After purchase we email you a size-entry link. Enter the numbers you measured with the kit; it's linked to your order number. Production starts only after we receive your sizes, and delivery is counted from that date.
サイズの入力を忘れてしまいそうです。
ご入力がない場合は、メールでリマインドをお送りします。案内メールを紛失された場合も、注文番号とご登録メールで入力ページを再発行できます。If we don't receive your sizes, we'll send an email reminder. Lost the email? You can reissue the entry page with your order number and registered email.
送料はいくらですか？
送料はお届け先の国により異なり、お客様のご負担となります。金額はチェックアウトで計算されます。配送は航空便のみで、発送後のお届け目安は1〜2週間です。Shipping varies by destination country and is paid by the customer. The amount is calculated at checkout. We ship by air only; delivery takes about 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
関税はかかりますか？
輸入関税・税金はお届け先の国の制度により発生する場合があり、お客様のご負担となります。計測キットをご利用の場合、キットと本商品でそれぞれに発生することがあります。Import duties and taxes may apply under your country's rules and are the customer's responsibility. If you use the measuring kit, they may apply separately to the kit and to your tips.
計測キットを使うと送料は2回かかりますか？
はい。計測キットとオリジナルチップは別々に発送するため、送料は2回分を申し受けます。関税等も同様に、それぞれ発生する場合があります。Yes. The kit and your custom tips ship separately, so shipping is charged twice. Duties may also apply to each.
配送方法は選べますか？
配送は航空便の1種類のみです。お届け予定は発送から1〜2週間が目安です（受注生産のため、制作期間は別途必要です）。We offer one shipping method (air). Delivery is about 1–2 weeks after dispatch; production time is additional, as items are made to order.
納期はどのくらいですか？
受注生産です。サイズを確認できてから制作を開始し、制作の目安は1〜2週間、その後航空便で発送します（お届けまで発送から1〜2週間目安）。計測キットをご利用の場合は、サイズ送信日が起算日となります。Made to order. Production begins after we receive your sizes (about 1–2 weeks), then we ship by air (about 1–2 weeks). With the kit, the clock starts from your size-submission date.
「完全オーダーメイド」とはどういう意味ですか？
既製サイズ（S/M/L）ではなく、お客様の10本のサイズに合わせてネイリストが1点ずつお作りします。世界に一つだけの仕上がりです。Rather than preset S/M/L, each set is crafted by the artist to your ten individual sizes — truly one of a kind.
支払い方法は何がありますか？
お支払い方法は 〔本番で確定：クレジットカード等〕 に対応予定です。詳細は決済画面でご確認いただけます。Payment methods will be 〔to be finalized: credit card, etc.〕. Details appear at checkout.
返品・交換はできますか？
完全オーダーメイド品のため、サイズ違いやイメージ違いなどお客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。万一、不良品や誤発送があった場合は、到着後 〔◯〕 日以内にお問い合わせください。As items are fully made to order, we can't accept returns/exchanges for sizing or personal preference. For defects or wrong items, please contact us within 〔◯〕 days of arrival.
注文後にキャンセルできますか？
制作開始前（サイズ受領前）であればキャンセルを承れます。制作開始後は、オーダーメイドのためキャンセルをお受けできません。You may cancel before production starts (before we receive your sizes). Once production begins, cancellation isn't possible.
計測キットは返品できますか？
計測キットはサイズ確認用のため、返品・返金の対象外です。The measuring kit is for sizing only and isn't eligible for return or refund.
