Before you orderご購入前にご確認ください
サイズのご入力をお忘れなく。計測キットが届きましたら、付属の方法でサイズを測り、メールでお送りするサイズ入力ページよりご入力ください。Please don't forget to submit your sizes. When your kit arrives, measure as instructed and enter them on the size-entry page we email to you.
サイズ入力ページのご案内は、ご購入後にメールでお送りします（注文番号で紐付きます。メールを紛失された場合は、注文番号とご登録メールで再発行できます）。We'll email your size-entry link after purchase (linked to your order number). Lost the email? You can reissue it with your order number and registered email.
制作はサイズを確認できてから開始します。お届け予定はサイズ送信日から起算します。Production begins only after we receive your sizes. Your estimated delivery is counted from the date you submit them.
送料は、計測キットとオリジナルチップで2回分を申し受けます。関税等もお届け先の国により、それぞれに発生する場合があります。Shipping is charged twice — once for the measuring kit and once for your custom tips. Duties and taxes may also apply separately, depending on your country.
計測キットはサイズ確認用のため、返品・返金の対象外です。The measuring kit is for sizing only and isn't eligible for return or refund.
ご入力内容は確認画面でご確定後、制作開始のため変更できません。After you confirm your entries on the review screen, they can't be changed, as production begins.
